As one of NAA?s many "power couples", Mike and Noelle have built a juggernaut of an agency together. These days, the couple?s names frequently make an appearance on the top of agency leader boards not just in sales, but recruiting as well. They never imagined that they would one day make over a million in yearly income.
Before meeting, Mike made his way across 15 different cities, following his father who served in the Air Force. Noelle stayed in Dayton, Ohio most of her life. The two attended separate colleges as well, Mike studying Electrical Engineering at the Rensslaer Polytechnic Institute while Noelle went to University of Cincinnati and majored in Economics. Mike began working after college as a Control Systems Engineer while Noelle found a job as purchasing agent. That soon evolved into a career as a recruiter in the tech industry.
Noelle began to worry about her future when she became aware of the downward trend in the tech industry. Luckily, top agency manager Alex Abuyuan
introduced NAA to Noelle and encouraged her to join the company. Noelle cautiously began as part-time, but when she began to take upwards of 300-800 a week. Her previously skeptical husband was won over by her impressive income. Together, the two joined the NAA and began to make a big impression in the company in a short amount of time.
The couple decided in the beginning to take the bold step of funding their agency out of their own pockets. Many sacrifices had to be made in order to reinvest in the business, but they did see results; "We were able to grow the business without any up-front capital. The income from our personal production was enough to cover our living expenses and fund our growth. Now we have a beautiful home, are debt free, and are focused on helping agents."
After a lot of hard work, Mike and Noelle are now financially independent. They can now set their own hours and spend as much time as they want with they?re the ones they love. This includes daughters Elise, Erin, and Emily. The troupe has taken several trips to exotic locations such as Bermuda, Grand Cayman, and Hawaii. They also enjoy sightseeing across the country, visiting places like Orlando and Tucson. The Lewantowiczs are also very active in their faith. In his spare time, Mike serves on the Board of Directors for a private school that is focused on forming tomorrow's leaders. Noelle stays busy running the business and keeping up with their children's education.
To help new agents make their own mark at NAA, the Lewantowiczs have the following advice: "Develop a game plan, review it each month. Make sure you are sitting down with an agency leader that is growing and has the ability to coach you. Take advantage of the educational system - it's FREE."
